Fridays
$2,500 rental fee with no food served.
There is no room rental providing that minimum food and beverage sales are at or exceed $27.90 per person.
Beverage Bar:
- 4-hour beverage bar……$6.95 per person
- 5-hour beverage bar……$7.95 per person
Saturdays
$3,500 rental fee with no food served.
$600 rental Ballroom – plus $27.90 per person minimum.
$300 rental Patio Room – plus $27.90 per person minimum.
No guaranteed access to room before 5 pm.

Above prices are based on a 4-hour prom or ball.
A $250 deposit is required on all proms and balls.
